Noodles : Fortified wheat flour, red rice flour, edible vegetable oil, salt and water.
Seasonings: Chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper, ginger and salt.
- Boil 1L water and add red rice noodles. Cook for about 4 minutes, drain and keep aside.
- Saute the vegetables of your choice (like onion, carrot, capsicum, cabbage, beans etc) in 1 tsp of oil.
- Add the seasonings from the seasonings pack and mix well.
- Toss it with the cooked red rice noodles and serve hot.
