Quinoa Flour & Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta is crafted to perfection in Gustora’s state of the art production facility. To get the perfect texture, the dough is slowly & gently extruded through bronze dies. The shapes are then dried on looms & wooden tray for 18 hours. Our Italian partners (Gustora) closely the entire production process to ensure the authenticity of the recipe is preserved.
Quinoa contains small amounts of the heart healthy omega-3 fatty acids and, in comparison to common cereal grasses has a higher content of monounsaturated fat. As a complete protein, quinoa contains all nine essential amino acids – including the elusive lysine and isoleucine acids, which most other grains lack.High in Protein & Fibre.
