How do I check the status of my order?
We take great pride in transparency and keeping our customers in the loop. To this end, we will email you at the following junctions to let you know the status of your order: confirmation of payment, when your order has been processed or forwarded to the supplier by us, and when your order has been shipped.
Once shipped, you will be provided with a Tracking No. which you can use to check the exact location of your order.
How do I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to make changes to your order online. However, feel free to call or email us. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I return products that I don’t like?
We’re sorry that you didn’t like something you bought from us. While it isn’t possible to return products that have already been delivered*, please to let us know here why you were not satisfied with your order. We appreciate constructive criticism!
*In case your order contains damaged or expired products, we will be happy to replace them. Do hold on the receipt and let us know within 7 days of receiving the order.
How can I use my coupon/vouchers?
Your coupons or vouchers can be used at the checkout stage. Simply enter the code in the given box, and your cart will automatically reflect it. Please note that expired promotions will not work, and it is possible to use only one promotion at a time.

For orders placed online, we only offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option. This is to protect your privacy and card details.

Can I buy products for gifting, and send them to someone else?
You can choose from our selection of Gift Boxes if you want to surprise a special person! If you have specific products in mind for gifting, do Contact Us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What payment options do I have when shopping on Foodstree?
There are two broad categories of payment options that Foodstree provides –
- Online: You can make secure and safe payments through our online payment portal. We accept most Credit and Debit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, AmEx, JCB, Diners Club), as well as Net Banking and Cash Cards.
- Offline: We also offer Cash on Delivery on selected products. Please note that if you are not paying through our website, you cannot pay using any other method – i.e. payment by card on delivery and so on.
What is Cash on Delivery and how does it work?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is when you opt to pay for your order at the time of delivery. This is done by payment to the delivery agent, in the form of physical cash.
We accept COD only in Indian Rupees!
If I cancel my order or return products, how and when will I receive my refund?
Once we have processed your refund/cancellation, we will be in touch regarding how your refund will be processed. You will definitely have a say!
Where in India do we ship?
In one word –India! We deliver to all large cities and towns within the country. Please select your location or put in your pincode to see the products available to be shipped your location.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
We aim to have your products reach you within 5 working days of placing your order. Depending on where you are located, we may even be able to get your items to you earlier than that!
However, sometimes circumstances beyond our control may delay your order. In such cases, we will be in touch with you and try our best to compensate.
You can always check the location and status of the different components of your order using the Tracking No. provided to you, once they have been shipped.
Who ships the orders?
All our orders are shipped by our suppliers. Hence, your order may be delivered in different sections depending on the supplier of the products you have purchased.
What are Foodstree’s shipping charges?
Since we work with suppliers from all over the country, the products in your cart may be coming from anywhere – from Kashmir to Mysore!
Thus, the shipping charges for your order depend on the suppliers of the products in your cart. We will always clearly state all shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout.
